High Pressure Hoses
Ultra-high pressure hoses for a wide range of applications: For Waterblasting Technology, Ultra-High Pressure Hydraulics, Oil & Gas as well as for the Automotive Industry.
Depending on the requirements, the ultra-high pressure hoses have an inner core made of polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Depending on the field of application, the hose is manufactured with 2, 4, 6 or 8 spiral layers of highly tensile steel wire. Materials used for the outer cover include polyamide (PA), polyurethane (PUR) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
The working temperatures of our standard hoses as well as those of the HL- and M- series range from -30°C to +60°C, from -20°C to +80°C for the PPA series, from -20°C to +150°C for the HT series, and from -70°C to +200°C for the KF series.
Typical fields of application for ultra-high pressure hoses:
- Waterblasting hoses:
- Hoses with 2, 4, 6 or 8 layers, hose types H and WR as well as the specially developed UHP series.
- Hydraulic hoses:
- Hoses with 2, 4 or 6 layers, hose types W- and WL- as well as the HL- and M- series.
- Oil & Gas hoses:
- Hoses with 4 or 6 layers, hose types W- as well as the M-, PPA- and HT- series.
SAE 100 R14 Range
A smoothbore PTFE lined hose that is made to meet or exceed the SAE 100R14 specification.
Imperial Range
For applications involving aggressive chemicals and/or extremes of temperature and movement. Designed to use PTFE hose tailed fittings. The smoothbore PTFE liner can pass very stringent cleanliness specifications laid down by the automotive, food or chemical industries.
Metric Range
The Smooth Bore Metric Range is designed to accept standard hydraulic tailed fittings. The ID of the hoses are made slightly larger than the Imperial Range to help reduce the insertion force required to make assemblies.
Metric Heavy Wall Range
The Heavy Smooth Bore Metric Range is designed to accept standard hydraulic tailed fittings. The ID of the hoses are made slightly larger than the Imperial Range to help reduce the insertion force required to make assemblies.
Waterblasting Hoses
Used for sewer cleaning, pipe cleaning and cleaning of shell and tube heat exchangers, water-jet cutting, concrete refurbishment as well as for surface cleaning of any kind.
High-Pressure Hydraulic Hoses
Thermoplastic high-pressure hoses are developed and produced for high working pressures up to 1,800 bar (safety factor 4:1). The hydraulic hoses are extremely durable and very flexible.
